A player misses the relay because nobody ever showed them where to stand, not because they don’t care.

For players

Three ways to learn.

Simple from the first tap, and built to fit on one phone screen.

Play Now

One tap and you're in: a new animated situation every time, for every position or just yours. Drag yourself to the spot or pick from four answers.

Build a Situation

Put runners on, set the outs, and pick what the batter did. Follow one position the whole way, or watch all nine move at once.

Play Library

Ready-made plays, sorted by what they teach. Pick one and watch every player's job.

Inside Play Now: a reason to come back every day.

Today's play

Starts off Play Now. One play, one try, same for the whole team.

Speed Round

60 seconds. How many can you get?

Duels

Same five plays as a teammate. Most right wins.

New: Play in VR

Stand on the field, not just look at it.

Got a Meta Quest? Open Run the Play in the headset's browser and the play happens all around you. Same sign-in, same scores, nothing to download.

The VR playbook floating over the ballpark, with the Play Now card and a small field showing the play.

The whole player app comes along.

  • Play Now, with today's play first
  • Your coach's challenges
  • Build a Situation and the Play Library
  • Speed Round and duels
  • Your report card and the team boards

Stand at your spot

Watch the hit from your own position, then go where you belong. Ride along, or run it yourself.

Standing on second base in VR, with the question What do you do? on the playbook.

Be the runner

Stand on the base, read the ball off the bat, and make the call: go, stay or tag up.

At the plate in VR, facing the pitcher, with a Strike call on the scoreboard.

Batting practice

Swing the controllers like a bat. Real pitches, a real count, and situations like move the runner.

Pick your ballpark

A big park, a cornfield, a sandlot or a dome. Play by day or under the lights.

For coaches: batting practice and base running calls show up on your Stats tab, next to everything else. No headset on the team? Nothing is missing on a phone.

Run a play yourself

Pick a situation. This is the app: the same animation, the same jobs, the same plain words a player gets on their phone.

Single to center

The runner is trying to score. Who cuts the throw, and who is behind the plate when it gets there?

Follow one player

Tap a position to see only that job.

Every job, written out: Ground Ball to Short, Runner on 1st, Single to Center, Runner on 2nd, Bunt Down the 3rd-Base Line, Runner on 1st, or see all the situations.

For coaches

A whiteboard that fits in your pocket.

Every coach has drawn a play in the dirt with a bat. This is that, on your phone or tablet, with the whole defense already standing there. Try it:

A baseball field with all nine fielders in their spots, a batter at home, runners on 1st and 3rd, and a ball near the shortstop. Drag a player or the ball to move it, or tap Draw and draw on the field with a finger or mouse. On a keyboard, Tab to a player and use the arrow keys.

  • Everyone in position

All nine players on the field from the start. Put runners on in one tap: 1st and 3rd, bases loaded.

  • Move it, draw it

Slide anyone anywhere, roll out up to three balls, and draw routes and throws with your finger.

  • Load any real play

Pick the situation and the app draws every step. Stop it anywhere and show what went wrong.

  • Put it on the TV

One link mirrors your whiteboard live on any TV or laptop. Great for rainouts and team meetings.

  • Keep it

Save it as a picture for the group chat, or step by step as a play the team can study.

Everything else a coach needs.

All of it from your phone, in the dugout, before practice starts.

Challenges

Send a level, a position, a situation, your own play or a YouTube clip. The team races it on a leaderboard.

Weak spots

See exactly what your team keeps missing (which position, on which play) and send it back in one tap.

GameChanger stats

Upload your GameChanger export and game stats sit beside each player's scores. It can add your whole roster at once, too.

Alerts

Players' phones buzz when you send something. No chasing anyone in the group chat.

Questions

How do I get my team or club on it?

Tap Get started, name your team, and pick a username and password: you’re in. Running a club or league with several teams? Send us a message on the contact page and we’ll set it up with you. Then the launch kit gets your team on it in an evening.

What does it cost?

Nothing for every team through December 31, 2026. From 2027 a plan is $99 per team for the year, or $79 per team for a club with 5 or more teams. Teams that joined in 2026 pay $49 for their first year. Coaches get an invoice to pay online, and players never pay. More on the pricing page.

How does it work for a club with several teams?

Everyone signs in at the same box, and their account decides what they see. The club admin sets up the teams, shares one club code so coaches join themselves, and can help any player or coach. Each coach runs their own team. Players get the three ways to learn and whatever their coach sends.

Who is it for?

Baseball and fastpitch softball players who know the nine positions and are ready for what happens after the hit. Every line of it was written for the youngest player on the roster.

Does it work for softball?

Yes, fastpitch. A coach picks the sport for each team. Softball teams get their own field and rules: no balk, the look-back rule, slap hits and catcher back-picks. A double first base is a setting too.

Do players need an email address?

No. A username and a PIN, typed into one box. No email, no last name, no photo, and nothing to install from an app store.

Does it work on a phone?

It was built for a phone first. Add it to the home screen and it opens full screen, like any other app, with alerts if you want them.

Do we need a VR headset?

No. Everything works on a phone. A player with a Meta Quest can open the app in the headset's browser and sign in with the same username and PIN. Their answers count the same.

Can parents see how their player is doing?

Yes. A player or coach can send a parent a read-only link with their streak, badges, scores and game stats. Here’s what we keep and who can see it.

Where does it stop?

It teaches where to go and why. It doesn't replace reps; it just means they'll be standing in the right place when the ball comes.

Get your team on it before Saturday.

Start your team now: name it, pick a username and password, and you’re in. Free for every team through 2026.
